School Projects: Chocolate and Confections

This was an amazing class because Chef Miller is such an amazing teacher and awesome as well as I got to hang out and bake with my three  best friends, Veronica, Cherice, and Melissa!

A "Pinecone" made with almonds!

Pinecone  after it is spray painted

This is called a honey comb so we made little bees
from peanuts and marshmallows for plate decoration

Mango and Raspberry ganche chocolate beautifully painted!

Christmas marshmallows! Peppermint marshmallows
dipped in chocolate painted with red food coloring and peppermint liquor

Egg Nog filled chocolate

Lemon Mint chocolate

Just a basic ganched with some creative fun decorations

Pretty plate presentation

Isn't this so cute! It's just plain white chocolate but the outside is adorable!

Mocha chocolates with a cute indent in the top that
we put chocolate covered espresso beans

Another mocha chocolate that we just made into something different

Maple walnut fudge!

Adorable plate

heart shaped cinnamon marshmallow

To many people this is known as "fairy candy" because of its
brittle form that is light and crunchy

Nougat! I hate making nougat because it is so
temperamental bit this pistachio nougat was delicious!

Our Final Project witha variety of confections. We went with a fall theme so we had caramel pecan chocolates, maple walnut fudge, pistachio nougat, and pumpkin spice chocolates

Toffee..... its so buttery and amazing!

My first ever pulled sugar candy rose!
